Miller Heights is located in the Miller neighborhood in the northeastern corner of the City.

The site is adjacent to the Miller neighborhood’s Lake St. commercial corridor, the Miller South Shore commuter rail station, several bus stops, a public library, a cancer treatment facility, pharmacies, police stations, and three public and one charter schools.

The site is also in close proximity to a high concentration of natural areas including Indiana Dunes National Park, the Lake Michigan shoreline, and the Marquette Trail.
